I saw your post on the forum, reading it many times, and found it quite interesting. Although I myself am new to GW (only have played it about 2 weeks), I am highly interested in the serious PVP part.
I am from Asia(Taiwan, GMT+8), bad English listening and speaking, but am enthusiatic of GVG(or TA HA), and I am willing to learn, always getting fun in the process of researching(observing-mode or reading articles on the forums). I would be very appreciate if your guild count me in.
Hope to get your reply

My reply:
Hi shinjiwow
Sorry for the late reply. I've been very busy the last couple of days. If you don't mind, tell us a bit about yourself. How much have you played the PvP in GW so far? What kind of guild do you want regarding general atmosphere, number of members, experience, age, personality, how decisions are made etc? What times can you play, GMT? GMT +8 might be a problem, but it depends on how you can adjust to our play times. How old are you btw? Anything else you want to tell us or ask us, feel free.

Hi Bysheon, I am glad to get your reply.
Of course I am willing to answer the questions. Let me list them.
Q1: How much have you played PVP in GW so far?
A1: As it have been said in my first PM to you(I thought it should have been said...), it is only 2 weeks since I started to play GW. So I am unexperienced to most aspects of it, including PVE and PVP. I have got 5 chain wins in RA by playing monk, and unlocked TA. Currently I am in an Asian PVE guild and hardly find some friends to do TA together. So TA, HA, and GVG are totally untouchable areas for me. And yes, I have played some AB. That is what I have done in PVP so far. I have bought the skills and PVP-items unlock service from the in-game shop, so I only have to work harder on the factions then I could buy most skills for PVP very soon.
Q2: What kind of guild do you want regarding general atmosphere?
A2: Generally speaking, I would like to play with the people who know to do right things at right time. It means when in training, researching, and real PVP events, they are enthusiastic, concentrated, and full-hearted; when in normal time, they are friendly, willing to answer and help when necessary, willing to share their views and knowledge of the game. And mostly important, being active. I think there is no one like to be the only one online in a guild most time.
Q3: number of members?
A3: I think if the number of memebers could properly make the main goal of the guild successful, then it is good. As a GVG guild, I guess 7 to 10 active members plus 2 to 4 casual members(or guests) would be fine. Too few people can do nothing, whereas too many people makes some problems of management.
Q4: experience?
A4: Hmm... since I am a noob myself, I cannot expect every other one is an expert to GW.If there is someone who is experienced and could give me some training, tell me what/how to do, that would be great. If there is not, I would like to make improvement steadily ,step by step with people who are around the same level of mine.
Q5: age?
A5: I don't actually think age tells a lot about a person. What important is the maturity of mind. If a man does not make unproperly jokes or unproperly behavior to other ones, then he is a good one. If a man can usually think about for the guild, the team, even for one who is not in the same guild, then he is pretty nice. I am 26 years old myself. I would like to play with people at any age, if they could think about other people before doing something.
Q6: personality?
A6: much the same with A2 and A5
Q7: how decisions are made?
A7: I think decisions in a guild usually made by its leader and officers, aren't they? In general condition, the leader and officers know about any kinds of information better, thinking about the future of the guild, so it's proper for them to make desicions of management aspect. When it comes to PVP part, it would be better listen to the suggestions from someone who is experienced, if there is one.(of course not me)
About the play time:
I think once the training schedule and events schedule are made, I will make all my effort to adjust my play time to yours.
More about me and what I feel in GW:
1. I have not got my vent and headset done yet. I will make them ready as soon as possible.
2. I think I like the PVP part more than PVE part in GW, though I lose a lot in RA and AB
What I want to ask about you (the guild):
At which step is the guild ? I mean how many people
already in it? Do you start to training or anything like that? Have you decide what kinds of build to use ?
When do most of you play?(time zone) Will I get some GVG concept lessons or practical training if I join the guild?
Thank you for the reply again
